The vision for
NoCompromise goes way beyond this website and stems from our desire not to use the
typical marketing process that accompanies the worship and prophetic music
of the church. In 1986, as a 17-year-old basement worshiper, God spoke to
me from the life of Paul. Paul did not "peddle the word of God for a
profit" (2 Corinthians 2:17), but he "presented the gospel free
of charge." (1 Corinthians 9:18) Freely I've been given, and freely I
give. (Matthew 10:8) Praise God we are not restricted on how we can use
the musical lyrics of David!
Along with the No
Compromise website, we are creating CD's and
printed music that have been
licensed under the NC
General Public License, and do not have the typical copyright
restrictions or long term royalties attached to them, allowing churches
anywhere in the world to use, copy and translate them without cost and
without our permission. We're not in the business of making money. We are
people in love with and consumed by our Savior, and hungry for His glory.
